Problem: Our system has detected a payment failure.

This means that your current installment payment for your booked course has failed, and our system has automatically blocked your access.

Solution: Complete your installment payment through our payment provider, Digistore24, to reactivate your access. Please check your inbox (and also your spam folder) for emails from Digistore24 containing the current payment request or even a payment reminder.

These emails contain instructions on how to make your payment and thus resolve the issue. They will also include bank details with the correct payment reference, as well as a link to change and complete the payment.

Important: We ask that you settle the installment payment immediately, as our payment provider, Digistore24, sends out payment reminders, and we would like to prevent this. Unfortunately, we have no control over any further legal action taken by Digistore24.

Good news: As soon as your outstanding balance is paid, your access will be automatically reactivated.
